Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with what you get from Evening Reigns. I offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases, memberships, and contributions made on this site.

Everything I sell is digital, so there is nothing to send back. There are no physical returns — no item to pack, no shipment to reverse. The refund stands in place of a return: if something you bought is not right for you, you keep no credit or obligation in exchange and I remove the download from your account.

If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Orders on this site are processed by my reseller, Paddle, which handles refunds. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email eveningreigns@gmail.com and I'll help.

If a file arrives incomplete, will not open, or is not what the listing described, tell me within the same 30 days and I will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Inner Circle memberships can be cancelled at any time from your member page. Refunds for membership payments follow the same 30-day window from each payment date.

Purchases made in my Etsy shop are handled through Etsy and its refund process.
