These Terms govern your use of eveningreigns.com and any purchases, memberships, or contributions made on it. The website is operated by EveningReigns LLC (trading as Evening Reigns). When you use this site or buy from it, you are contracting with EveningReigns LLC. By continuing to use the site, you agree to these Terms.

What I offer: digital coloring pages and artwork, the Inner Circle membership (a recurring subscription giving access to member-only downloads), and optional one-time contributions to support my studio. Coloring pages and art bundles listed in my Etsy shop are sold through Etsy under Etsy's terms.

Eligibility and accounts: you must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential, for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

For orders placed on this website, the following reseller disclosure applies (Etsy purchases remain subject to Etsy's own checkout terms): Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Inner Circle memberships renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your member page; access ends when you cancel. My Refund Policy explains the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Ownership and licence: EveningReigns LLC retains ownership of this service and its intellectual property, including its software, documentation, branding, artwork, line art, characters, stories, and other original content. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Purchased and member files are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may print and color them as often as you like for yourself. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or use them commercially without my written permission.

Acceptable use: you must not use this site unlawfully or fraudulently; send spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; share member files or account access with others; attempt to interfere with the site's security, introduce malware, probe for vulnerabilities, or scrape content; or circumvent any access restrictions.

Service availability: I work to keep the site running smoothly, but it is provided "as is" and I do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed.

Liability: to the extent permitted by law, my total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the claim, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.

Suspension and termination: I may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms.
